Return & Refund Policy

At Ultracaretech, your satisfaction matters most to us. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and standing behind every order. Our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-focused.

Your Attractive Heading

If your order arrives damaged or fails to work right out of the box, you can report the issue within 7 days of delivery:

  • Contact our Support Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either: Send a replacement at no additional cost, or Provide a full refund.
  • If you choose a refund, return shipping costs will also be reimbursed (upon proof of payment).

15-Day Return Policy for Unused Items

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return:

  • Contact our Support Team with a clear photo or video of the product and original packaging.
  • Ensure the images are well-lit and show the condition clearly.

Important notes:

  • If the product is confirmed defective, return shipping will be refunded with a valid receipt.
  • If no manufacturing fault is found, return shipping costs will not be covered.
  • Returns without a valid RMA and shipping proof will not be eligible for a refund.

10-Day Faulty Product Guarantee

For select products, if you find a fault within 10 days of delivery, you can request a refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs for this claim are not covered.

Warranty Support (Repair, Exchange, Refund)

If your product develops an issue covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  • Submit a support ticket describing the problem, how and when it occurred, and include your full order number and product SKU.
  • Provide photos/videos clearly showing the defect along with the code on the packaging.
  • Share any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

Warranty Limitations

The following are not covered under our return or warranty policies:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Customer-caused damage or attempted repairs

Refund Process & Timelines

  • All returned products are inspected by our technical team before approval.
  • Unless covered under DOA, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Replacements are sent via Flat Rate Shipping (expedited options available at customer’s expense).

Delivery Issues or Wrong Items

If your order is missing items, contains incorrect products, or has packaging issues:

  • Check the package carefully before signing for delivery.
  • Missing items will be shipped free of charge within the warranty period.
  • Wrong items will be replaced with the correct product or refunded after review. Return shipping will be covered if the error is confirmed.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3–6 business days after inspection.
  • Credit card refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • All purchases are final unless covered under the above policies.
  • Refunds are only issued after review and validation of claims.
  • Billing errors must be reported within 3 business days to be considered for a refund.
